# Jungli the Nomad Village

> Jungli the Nomad Village is a 150-acre digital nomad village and learning residency on ancestral forest land in Dandeli, Karnataka, India, roughly 3 hours from Goa. Founded by Diveakssh Schae in April 2024, it is India's first founder-built, application-only nomad community. You apply to stay, you do not book. Residents (never "guests") live and work in the forest with fast wifi, a coworking campus, communal food, and a rolling calendar of programs, retreats, and the annual Jungli the Nomad Festival (JTNF).
